Why is it important?

To improve your quality of life. Having a plan and midlife MOT helps you to make conscious decisions that will boost your chances of a happy, mentally, physically and socially active life doing what you want to do.

When should I start using the Bliss App?

The earlier the better but definitely within a few years of retirement, considering or being offered early retirement or redundancy. The longer you use it the bigger the impact it has in all areas of life.

What is in the Bliss App?

Thought provoking exercises and planning tools to help you put together your individual plan with goals and actions for the future. Revisit all or part of it as often as you want.

Do I need to prepare before using the Bliss App?

No – all that is needed is an open mind. This is just for you so it’s important to be honest with yourself.

How much time does it take to go through the exercises and get started?

It varies between 60 to 90 minutes. it’s up to you but the best responses are instinctive. The exercises do not have to be completed in one go so can be completed over several visits.

How often should I use the Bliss App?

The more it is used the more effective it is. Track your progress and make and amend goals and actions as time as circumstances change. Little changes over time can make a massive difference.

For example going to the gym once achieves little but over time has huge impact.

Does it matter what device I use?

No. The Bliss App works equally well on mobile and laptops. The initial exercises are easier to view and complete on devices with a larger screen.

Is my personal data safe?

Yes. No one has access to your personal information contained in the app.
